HP EliteBook 840 G3 Notebook PC

I bought this used machine from market and I was not given a password for BIOS. I need to enable hardware virtualization. I have read the responses of HP staff on other user's posts that they say its a matter of security that they can not provide the solution like this and refer to concern this regional HP service representative.
1- HP, provide me your service representative from whom I can connect and get my problem solved(either he provides me the key or share any other method to remotely resolve this issue.)
2- I need you guys to understand that this security concern is really troubling us users hardcore. We cant enable hardware virtualization from within windows, we can not break password via removing cmos battery. This is not a solution. Do something about your policy.
Please provide me your service support person's email asap.

OR just email me a solution... i wont tell anyone else if thats what your policy wants..

The security issue is for the PROTECTION of HP customers -- so that if someone stole your laptop, posted here that they forgot their password, and we provided them a way to log in (not recover the password -- as that simply can NOT be done) -- then we would be granting them access to YOUR computer and everything on it.

If you take the laptop to an HP service center, they CAN verify ownership and provide you access.
