Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello my HP laptops keeps crashing with the blue screen and sometimes it is unable to find the ssd boot drive and sometimes it boots really slow, slower than my other HP with a 7200rpm hhd, what is happening, is my laptop broken, also i am still in my warranty period. And also my laptop fans are very loud they continue to make a high pitch whirring ever since I bought it, even when it is just idling and the fans dont spin much!!!????

 

I would gladly appreciate some assistance with these faults, Thank You.

If still under warranty contact HP tech support.
