Windows 10 Version21H1 (OS Build 19043.2130)
My laptop froze for an hour. After trying ctrl-alt-delete 3 times nothing happened. After that I waited about 20 minutes and then held down the power button for a few seconds and then it restarted but all my files and programs are gone. It's almost acting like I've never used it before. It shows my name and recognizes my PIN to get in but my background and everything else is gone. Is there anything I can do?

Hello @llombre
Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.
Possibly the old user profile is defective and an "empty" duplicate was created by Windows. Open Windows Explorer and check the contents of folder c:\Users , if your user name appears twice ( with additional suffix ), this would explain the current error.
Kind regards
