Hi,

 

My Laptop restarts suddenly and shows a WhatsApp Image 2022-03-04 at 6.24.13 PM.jpegblue screen Please help me to fix this.

Probably you need to re-install Windows 10 using

 

                    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

to create installation media and use media to install Windows 10. Please tick to keep all users files and programs

 

You may have to run few Windows updates (not in one go) to allow Windows to re-install few more drivers.
