Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

My computer has lost the HP Envy Programs and sends a "crashed" report to Apple.  I cannot open to print or scan.

If you were using Windows apps on a Mac, you were using and unsupported third-party emulation product and HP provides no support for that.

 

If that is not what you are doing, then you need to explain what you mean by your comments.

The solution is to download (and install) this package which will update drivers AND THE CERTIFICATE:
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Installations/Essentials/hp-printer-essen...

 

Easy Admin did nothing. Easy Startup did nothing. 5.1 drivers did nothing. This worked for me!
