Pavilion x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have using this notebook for upto 2 months, and i realise a vibration when i smoothly rubbed the surface near the keyboard. At the time my laptop is charging, I thought at first itself it may be a electric shock, so i removed the charger and did the same. No vibration (electric shock) is absorbed. My friend too bought the same varient of notebook, so i asked her to do the same. She also summarised that she feeled some vibration when connected with charger. What can i do to overcome this problem. Any service is needed for my laptop ? , i have active warrenty card Or else any steps that myself can did to overcome this problem ?
