HP Notebook - 15-db0009la

Hi,

I have a HP Notebook. When I turn it on the HP logo appears but the OS never starts (the screen keeps up but dark).  I want to recover the system but in my recent movement I  lost my recovery disk.  Is there any way to find one or get one sent to me? I am not even sure what version of Windows 10 was installed.   When I started looking problems with the pc I updated all my backups, so, I don't mind about restarting from scratch.

Thanks for your attention and help

Hi:

What I recommend you do is to use the Microsoft media creation tool to create a bootable W10 USB installation flash drive to reinstall Windows.

Download Windows 10

Then you can download and install the drivers and available software for your PC from the link below:

Thanks for your response,

I followed the steps to generate the recovery USB drive.  But seems my laptop problem is deeper than that.  When select Advanced options and total restore and after setting the first Language, time...parameters, it gives me the message that no device drivers were found.

The machine can't access internet to download the drivers because doesn't start.  So, what can I do?

Thank you

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to fix that problem because your notebook does not need any additional drivers to install Windows10, so I don't know why you are getting that error.
