My PC was ON just fine a few hours ago but then I returned to find it off. I turned it on and HP logo appears for a minute or two then a blue screen comes on with a RECOVERY heading and says “Your PC couldn’t start properly” and “A required device isn’t connected or can’t be accessed” and “Error code: 0xc0000185”. It also says “You’ll need to use recovery tools. If you don’t have any installation media, contact your PC administrator or PC/Device Manufacturer”. Help!
