HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-2000a (2Z6E1AV)

I bought this PC 27 November 2021, however it is slow all the time and it keeps freezing. I've tried the troubleshooting but it is still very slow.

Hi @Sawra,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP PC is extremely slow and freezes all the time, there could be several reasons behind it. Here are some steps you can take to diagnose and fix the issue.

  • Check for malware: Malware can cause your computer to slow down and freeze. Run a full system scan with reputable antivirus software to check for and remove any malware.
  • Remove unnecessary programs: Unnecessary programs can slow down your PC. Uninstall programs you no longer need or use.
  • Clean up your hard drive: A full hard drive can slow down your PC. Delete any files or programs you no longer need or use, and consider using a disk cleanup utility.
  • Update your operating system and drivers: Make sure your operating system and drivers are up to date. This can help fix bugs and improve performance.
  • Check for hardware issues: Sometimes slow performance and freezing can be caused by hardware issues, such as a failing hard drive or overheating. Check your hardware to see if there are any issues that need to be addressed.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
