Hi! Could somebody help me with this big issue. I recently bought a HP pavilion x360 and I having problems, is getting freeze for any reason. Please I need assistance immediately, I'm so scare. I received it today and is not working properly.

@AlbaLake, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand the computer is freezing up. Probably the computer needs updates to be installed. Not to worry, let us try these steps:

 

Install updates using HP Support Assistant

  1. In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant. 
  2. Check for updates. 
  3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.  

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.

Also, check for any pending windows update. Reboot the computer and check. 

 

If the issue persists, perform the steps mentioned in this document - Computer Locks Up or Freezes
