Excuse me if I bother you again but the 4 bios versions do not match the motherboard bios id is normal?

Unfortunately, that I do not know.

The HP 250 G4 is the business class notebook equivalent of the 15-ac1xx model series.

The latest couple of BIOS versions on the support page are only for the 250 G4, but the one I gave you and all of the earlier versions were for both the 15-ac1xx and the 250 G4 model series.

Look under the Revision History section and you can even see your notebook's F.1E BIOS version available for download.

Now if you look at this reputable 3rd party driver site's BIOS files for the 15-ac100 model series, the first update you come upon is F.23 and it has a file # of sp81552 which is exactly the same file number on the HP support page for F.23.

The file  I gave you may not work since it doesn't show your PC's system board number, but unless you use the ones from the 3rd party website which are safe, I don't know what other options you have.

Since the file numbers for the HP softpaqs are the same, it's a complete mystery to me as to why your notebook's system board number isn't showing.

In any event, you have lots of BIOS files to choose from now.

Just don't go beyond F.29.
