My Asus laptop is new

 

I got it for Christmas and when looking it up it said it had 1TB of storage so I started downloading my game (The Sims) and immediately after that it said I was running low on disk space. I was very upset when that happened and if anyone could tell me how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

Asus computer possibly comes with an option for a 1TB disk and you did not get that option on your computer.

 

Best check with Asus Support - USA , of course.

You will likely need your exact model number to contact Asus support and perhaps your serial number.

Ask the person who gifted you the computer to check the invoice for the options included in the device.
