Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My camera driver cannot be found in the device manager. My laptop runs in Windows 11 version 21H2 and is HP Pavilion 15-cw1007na. Are there any solutions to this?

Your OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0019tx is not officially certified for Windows 11 !

 

(1) Update BIOS

HP Notebook System BIOS Update (AMD Processors)

(2) Check camera
