My computer started having issues last month the first thing that happened - unable to connect to WiFi (home Internet hasn't changed in several years, never had an issue). The next thing that happened was my Microsoft 365 apps failed- unable to utilize any of them or open any Microsoft documents. Now my computer deactivated windows with the inability to reactivate. I spend 9 hours with windows IT, was escalated to the top tier IT staff. They determined it was an HP issue - specifically firmware? They recommended contacting HP , which since my computer is 2 years old has seemed to be **bleep** near impossible. We attempted to do a computer reset losing everything on the computer- that also failed ! HELP!

You can install Windows (fresh) and keep all user files/data/programs using
1. Download and save ISO file from
https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11
2. Mount ISO and Run setup
3. Remember tick option to keep everything
Regards.
