Basically a bunch of issues have come up including Group policy client service failed login, file system corruption on local disk C, it can't find my hard disk sometimes, tried updating software but it won't let it me:Crying:

As you have mentioned that the hard disk test failed, it indicates that the hard drive on the computer is gone bad and needs replacement.

 

However, I recommend you perform a recovery on the computer following the steps in the below article and check if it helps.

If you continue facing the issue, I recommend you contact support to get the hard drive replaced.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with tech support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
