When I sometimes go into system recovery, I am taken to the automatic repair screen with a HP logo, and it is saying “Diagnosing your PC” for a minute or two, then it tells me “Startup Repair couldn’t repair your PC. Press advanced options to try other options to repair your PC or Shut down to turn off your PC.” And I get a log file too afterwards. What should I do to stop this problem.

There is no problem I am solving. It is probably fixed. It does not come up when I boot up the PC.

@JacobRhyne

Have to ask -- WHY are you going into System Recovery? Is this coming up automatically when you boot the PC?

Is there some problem you are trying to solve?

I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
