Can you boot your computer normally?
Are you referring the sounds at the startup or after you log into your computer?

The sounds of the computer turning on. I can’t boot it normally

Open your laptop screws and check the RAM slots and Disk connections.

Remove RAM and then reinsert. Check if it works.
