My laptop is running slowly.  Everything is slow to load. It has been like this for a couple of months. I did not install anything new. I may have a virus.

 

I used to have a Dell and everytime my laptop performed poorly like this Dell tech staff would work on it remotely. They always got it running well, again.

 

Do you know if Dell offers this service?

 

If they don't, do you have a recommendation to a place where I might get such a service?

Have you used System Diagnostics to run some tests? Immediately after powering on start tapping  the F2 key.

 

If you are in warranty HP does offer free support including remote connection. If out of warranty there is a fee service:
