Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My computer makes loud whirring noise right before it gives me an error message "page unresponsive" and then it kicks me off the page and gives me another error message "Aw Snap" low on memory.  I've tried all the HP support tools and check desk and updated my computer with all the latest updates and nothing seems to help.
