HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17m-ch1000 (436X2AV)

I was on my computer then it randomly shut off. The next screen was blue said there was an error and it was working to fix it. Then I got the black hp screen that has the spinning wheel and says preparing automatic repair and won't do anything else. Does anyone have any advice?
