Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I need to restore my gateway laptop to factory settings ..it says on the screen hard disc security lock..I have a flash drive but am really not good at all with computers is there a easy way to unlock it ?? It doesn't even matter if I lose all the memory on there ..plz help..thanks

These are the HP forums -- for issues only with HP machines.  For issues with Gateway machines, you would have to locate their support site.
