Product: 15-1271wm

My notebook will not Power on at all. When it is plugged in the led light is constant orange with the battery in and when the battery is out and plugged in the led is white. The notebook got soda spilled on it some time ago. I have cleaned it all out and still no luck.

Sounds like something went kaput. Might be worth trying a local PC repair shop to get their thoughts on what is wrong and take it from there. Might need sending back to HP for repair or something the local shop could do for you quite cheaply. Out of interest how long have you had it?

I personally haven’t had it very long I bought it second hand. Only a couple weeks actually. I have a large clumsy dog. But thanks for your response. I’m from a small town not much for pc repair shops close.
