Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

so these methods i have tried but non worked 

1 open laptop lid and removed ram and cleaned it and puted it in another socket

 

2 removed laptop battery and tried to power on but it also does not worked

the 5 blink indicate serious problems.

 

What caused the problem in the first place?
Power glitch? Upgrade to windows 11?
Microsoft or HP update? Add a new device, memory, etc?
BIOS upgrade that went wrong?
