I bought a laptop from AllIT hypermarket on Dec 11. Last night the laptop not start OS​normally and become blue screen and restart again and again. Actually since it's new it's very very slow working. Harmful again and again. Also it's fail drive test even in quick test from hp pc hardware diagnostics tool. Please help me 😣  this is my number

Hi,

Since your PC is still under warranty, you should contact HP directly and get fixed for free. Here is link where you can start by inserting serial number which you can find on back of PC.
