See if you can boot windows into safe mode. Once in safe mode bring up the device manager and see if you can spot the
problem.
First start windows in safe mode then:
1. Either uninstall the problem update or
2. Rollback the driver that the Device Managers shows as failing or is the wrong one.
Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol. This code is needed to find cloud recovery files.

Blue screen errors are typically a Windows problem. Three failures in a row should give you repair options to try. Has that happened?
