i was playing a game on my computer and didn’t realize it wasn’t charging. i had assumed it was because it was plugged in. then i get the “low power” notification and i make sure it’s plugged in but it’s not charging. my sister has the exact same laptop so i swapped chargers and my old charger works with her computer but both chargers don’t work with mine leading me to believe it’s not the chargers. my computer has died now so i am posting this from my phone.
- the led charging light is not on
- the computer won’t turn back on ( i’ve held the button down for 10-15 seconds with and without the charger in)
-the adapter is not warm when i plug it in
- there is no where for me to take out the battery
no other forums i’ve read have had his problem so i’m at a loss for what to do. my computer has had to restart several times in the past (i’m guessing this has to do with the software) so please let me know what i can do. this computer has all my pictures and my work so i really need it back on!
thanks in advance 🙂
[one thing to add i got this computer july of 2017 and it is october of 2018 so it really is barely a year old]

If you have important pictures and files probably best option will be to remove the hard drive, connect it to a SATA to USB Adapter and plug it into usb port of another pc. It will show up as another driver which you can browse and look for User folder to copy your files/photos over to drive of host machine.
