I have the same message so Short DST - not available- from what I so far have researched it is a mistake that you can possibly fix. I Am guessing that @SkuchiesTV would be interested in finding out that not all is lost. 

You just need to download HP Cloud Recovery Download if your comp is from after '96 + there is another one if it isn't in HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10, 7) - this is title of pdf. Everything is described there. Oh n u gna need a + USB 32GB

Now I foud out so far this much are u albe to guide me further?

The questions Am having are this...

1. I have this done by a virus or rather by somebody's attempt to take over all my equipment registered under Wifi. This is how they do so in de end there is no virus there only opened Security of files n folders to Public and it made C:\ available to is it everyone in Network settings + it installs different Viruses all the time BIOS virus and other. Unfortunately my KASPERSY antivirus is only able to see the viruses if anything but it doesn't see all the settings made. 

2. So is this program going to be run there? 

3. What about BIOS software is this program going to reinstal it?

Then am worried of these Viruses since I reinstall some antvir software it gains entrance to it and malfunctions it. Ithink I can run this software without problems but I am not sure. 

4. Also this access to my PC by other people is with the infected Wifi. Does this program need much access to Internet or can it do its job without the Internet? 

Iam asking since there is probably no other WIFI network I wud access since if I register the WiFi  it already has access to it and does its thinks so installs new Viruses ect.

I dun kno maybe access the internet thru a phone network or just a guest network...
