Hi @prekshacy22,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP laptop is facing boot issues and you can't find the reboot option, you can try a few troubleshooting steps.

Force Restart: Press and hold the power button for about 10-15 seconds until the laptop completely shuts down. Then, press the power button again to turn it back on.

Hard Reset:

  • Disconnect any external devices (USB drives, printers, etc.).
  • Unplug the power adapter and remove the battery (if possible).
  • Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds to drain any residual power.
  • Reconnect the battery and power adapter, then turn on the laptop.

BIOS Access:

  • Turn off your laptop.
  • Press the power button and immediately start pressing the F10 key repeatedly to enter the BIOS setup.
  • In the BIOS, you can try loading the default settings. Look for an option like "Load Setup Defaults" or "Restore Defaults" and save changes.

Windows Recovery Environment:

  • Turn off your laptop.
  • Turn it back on and immediately start pressing the F11 key repeatedly to access the HP Recovery Manager.
  • From there, you can try troubleshooting or resetting your system.

Boot from Installation Media:

  • Create a Windows installation media on a USB drive using another computer. You can download the Windows Media Creation Tool from the Microsoft website.
  • Insert the USB drive into your laptop.
  • Turn on your laptop and immediately start pressing the Esc key repeatedly to access the Startup Menu.
  • Press F9 to enter the Boot Device Options and select the USB drive.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to repair or reinstall Windows.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, there may be a hardware problem with your laptop.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
