i have a Hp Spectra x360 laptop that is not loading Windows and i have used intel RST VDM but still is not Working

What is the exact model number or product number(ProdID)? These information is printed on the bottom cover of your notebook.

We tried to upgrade to WIN 11 and always failed

PC is eligible for Windows 11 with PC Health Check.

Computer was slow and not running as before attempt to upgrade.

Tried to reset from Windows keep files would not complete

 

Tried system recovery from boot menu  to reinstall original OS and it also failed.

BSOD with a QR code and the message to follow the QR code for help.

Currently re-running a system reset again to see if it will complete.

Where can we find help to upgrade to WIN 11

Previously we have tried through windows update but if halts at + 90% and failed.

curremt status is resetting PC 32%
