My laptop charges okay during normal operations, but as soon as i start gaming with it, it discharges. As soon as the game is closed, it starts to charge okay. I've tried to reset everything and troubleshooting doesn't show any problem. This problem also shows up during intense operations like during usage of Unreal Engine and Unity when running renders.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the battery discharging when you play games or do CPU intense task on the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What is the product number of your computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.

Nope. Updating Bios introduced a whole new set of problems, the audio jack stopped working, both usb-c ports stopped working too. I tried everything and gave up, None of this worked and I ended up having it exchanged for another unit at the store I purchased it from.
