HP Recommended
Product: HP Notebook - 15-ay103dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've tried almost everything I could find I've went to the bios and pressed f9 and f10 to see if that worked I've taken out the battery and put it back in I've run test in the ufei hardware place but to my avail it still doesn't work outside of bios. My computer is out of warranty but it's been working without any issues since the day I got it and just started doing this about a day ago. Please help
