Hi  @Heet_SHAH,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

I hear your concern about how  it must be to see your laptop registering key presses like F1 and the Windows key even when you’re not touching them.

To better understand the issue, Could you kindly confirm the below details :

Does this happen continuously, or only at certain times (like after startup or while using specific apps)?

Do you notice if the keys seem physically stuck or loose?

Have you connected any external keyboard or USB devices recently?

Kindly Run HP Hardware Diagnostics – Restart your laptop, press Esc repeatedly, then choose F2 (System Diagnostics) -Component Tests -Keyboard Test. This will confirm if the keys are being falsely detected.

Test with an external keyboard – Plug in a USB keyboard and see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, the built-in keyboard may need servicing.

If the problem continues after these steps, it could be a hardware issue with the keyboard itself.

I hope this helps.

I'm an HP Employee.
