Product: Notebook 15-f233wm
I’ve tried to factory reset my laptop doing the f11 and it won’t let me. I’m trying reset It because it when I turn it on I see the hp logo and it loads and then it says “the computer restarted unexpectedly” then I have to click okay to restart it and to install windows and it will reload and the same pop up will show up again. I’ve tried doing the f11 remove everything and it won’t let me do that and it tells me there was a problem resetting my P.C.

Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This will open a menu where F2 System Diagnostics is an option. Tap F2 key and run the tests.

Have you tried Recovery Manager instead of Reset?
