Ever since I did a scan and update with Norton 360 Premium, my laptop has started to freeze up. I ran a diagnostic which indicated an issue with my memory. I have replaced both 8GB memory chips but the freezing persists. I have also considered upgrading my SSD drive to a larger one (from 128GB to 250GB) which will then necessitate a complete reinstall of Windows 11 and programs.
