I got HP ENVY x360 - 15m-ed0023dx, an expensive and "reliable" laptop, less than 4 years ago, as I needed the good sound system for my e-classes during the covid era. This laptop died suddenly 3 weeks ago, and the worst...we cannot recover it. The motherboard needs to be replaced, and the cost HP asked for, was 850 euros+100 for setting it. The hard disk was destroyed as well. No explanation of why it has been ruined so soon. The worst is that I have already bought a second laptop , P Envy x360 15-fh0000nv, as I was very pleased with the first one, but now I see that it is not worth it paying such a lot of money for a notebook with short life and a company that was supposed to be reliable, but actually sells products that have short life and no after sale service. I would appreciate it if HP could fix it for a decent price, or explain whose responsibility this short life has been. I also found motherboard on ebay for much less(200-300 euros) but I don't know if they would work. If someone has tried it, please inform
