For an HP laptop using Windows media created from MS download is not liable to work well because it will only install the generic drivers that MS has. You want the custom drivers that HP has and to get them, you have to create the media using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (see below).
Also, with a modern laptop, you need to install with UEFI enabled, not Legacy.
If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.
The recovery drive can then be used to install Windows and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.
You will need a working PC and a 32GB USB stick to hold the recovery files. Here is the link:

You use the Microsoft Store to download the actual tool:

If you use a different PC to run the tool, you will have to provide your PC's product number. Here is an HP link for finding that information:

ProBook 430 G2 does not support HP Cloud Recovery. Chapter14, page 104 of service guide indicates recovery media needs to be created with Recovery Manager which is the predecessor of Cloud Recovery.
HP ProBook 430 G2 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide
Apparently, ProBook 430 G2 was shipped with Win 7 and later with Win 8 around in 2014 - 2015. HP later provided Win 10 drivers for users who upgraded to Win10 (not sure HP ever released this model with Win10). Therefore, the BIOS supports three versions of Windows and boot options are a little complicated. There are three boot modes: Legacy, UEFI with CSM and UEFI without CSM. Legacy supports only Win7, so if you try to install W10 in legacy mode, it never works. There are other confusing settings in BIOS, too, so it's a little tricky to install W10 on this model.

The "Boot from EFI File" option allowed you to boot the usb drive manually from the efi folder on the usb drive.
The settings I posted earlier are the ones I used to install W10 on my ProBook 450 G1.
Only Suggestion I can give you now is to use a different usb drive and try again. Try to use a different brand. If you are using a usb with 64 or 32 GB, use an older one with 8 or16 GB (you need min 8 GB).

I also think I need to use another USB flash drive or I was done something wrong when creating the installation media. When I tried to plug the USB into another computer, the USB also didn't showed up in the boot menu.
