Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

So I'm trying to do some HP Advance System Diagnostics and all to try to locate the problem of my laptop. Any help or idea what's the problem of my laptop is a great help. I'm not an expert on this that's why I really appreciate if someone will know how to fix this without charge. Thanks so much! I also have the Failure ID if you have idea what that is, 6C43PA-5QTAK0-9XL14J-60WM03

The only way to fix the problem would be to buy a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

 

Since your notebook is 10 years old, and you wouldn't be able to find the W7 Starter 32 bit operating system anywhere, I would not recommend repairing it.

 

It would be throwing good money after bad.
