Solved!

My laptop has been facing heating issues , graphics card issues and over all perfomance issues

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had purchased this laptop in June. I was really happy with its performance. But one day when I was playing GTA the game was stuttering a lot. Which is not supposed to happen because this laptop should be able to run GTA with no problems. It could run GTA at very high graphics no problem. I contacted Rockstar and they fixed it. The problem begins here like last week or so I updated the BIOS and after that, I faced severe heating issues. The laptop would start heating really fast when I play games. And then hibernate or sleep itself to prevent damage. It would reach 90+ C. All this happened only after the BIOS update and that means something is wrong with the present BIOS as it makes the laptop overheat. I am currently relying on Ryzen Controller as it helps control the CPU temps. Now again GTA is stuttering a lot again. I disabled the 1050 driver and tried playing on the integrated graphics it worked a lot better on the integrated graphics when compared to the dedicated 1050. But still, it's stuttering. Isn't the 1050 supposed to be better? I had contacted HP before about the overheating issue but their service wasn't satisfactory. Nothing they told to do ever helped. Please look into these issues. Especially the graphics card. It should handle GTA with ease. But it does not.

@HAMONN

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. I would suggest performing system factory reset will put the computer back to the original factory settings in this way all corrupted files and outdated software will be removed.

While doing the recovery there is an option to back up your personal files. If you have not previously done one now is a good time.

Restoring Files that were Backed Up Using HP Recovery Manager (Windows)You can also contact HP support for assistance. They can remotely access your system to help alleviate difficulties: www.hp.com/contacthp/

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
