Your only option would be to use the Microsoft media creation tool to create a bootable USB installation flash drive and reinstall W10 on the drive (assuming the drive has not failed).
Make the 64 bit installation media, as your notebook is not supported for W10 32 bit.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

Can you tell me how to do this. I have a pen drive and a laptop so do I need to download the iso file of windows 10 in the pen drive and connect it to my laptop which has the malware if yes then will it not affect the pen drive with virus or something and will I be able to do that without booting the laptop. Can you tell me the steps which I have to follow?

As long as you can create the installation media without the malware preventing the process, it should be no problem.
To boot from the installation media on your notebook, have the flash drive plugged into the USB port.
Turn on or restart the PC immediately tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.
Select the F9 boot options menu and from that, select the (U)EFI USB flash drive, and press the Enter key.
The notebook should boot from the USB flash drive and the Windows installation files should begin to load.
