Product: HP ENVY x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-es0000 (743T0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I downloaded Ccleaning to speed up my computer and ran the free program. Once I restarted my laptop my pin no longer existed and I’m not able to sign in. There is an option to create a password but it says I need to download an application from the store, if I say yes and wait a few seconds I get this error message saying I have corrupted files.
