My hp notebook isn't working have all lights on , non remove able battery and currently screen is blank .

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

 

(1) Double check with external monitor connected via vga/hdmi cable. Same flickering on external monitor ?

- Shutdown notebook

- Power off external monitor

- Connect vga/hdmi cable

- Power on external monitor

- Power on notebook

 

(2) If it still fails continue with (3)

(3) Power off notebook (press and hold <power> button until notebook switches off )

(4) Disconnect charger

(5) Press and hold <power> button for 30 seconds

(6) Connect charger

(7) Please report your results
