HP Recommended

I bought an hp elitebook and it came from the U.S. and it's password protected, I don't know much about computers and I don't know how to get around it, and I don't have a flash drive, it gives two hints, one " I'm fire " and the next one is barbeque, if I have to take it to a specialist, how much would it cost, and is it worth it??

Use the HP cloud recovery client software to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with the PC.
