I can't sign into my Pavilion laptop. On start up, a popup comes on screen that says CGNM-2250-SHW LOGIN. It is asking me for a Username and Password. I've never seen this popup before so I have no idea what Username and Password they are asking for. Can anyone tell me what I can do or who I can talk to in the Hewlett Packard world that can help me with this? Also does anyone know If Hewlett Packard owns a telephone?

May I know if you have made any recent hardware or software related changes to your system?
It is your Hitron CGNM-2250 Router login and password. May I know if you have set it up before?

The issue started on June 15/22. Not aware of any hardware or software changes that I made. No, I have never set up my router, any setup would have been through my server as I am not even aware of how to do that.

this login has nothing to do with your notebook, this login request is comming from your router !
