Please check the warranty status of your laptop first: Official HP® Warranty Check - United Kingdom | HP® Support. If your laptop is still covered, please contact HP and see what they can do for you.

 

On the other hand, if it is the case that your laptop is no longer covered by HP, there are plenty of laptop repair options in London, here are but two of them: HP Laptop Repair | London HP Notebook Repair and Upgrade UK (creativeit.tv), or: HP laptop | Same Day Repair Services in London | FixFactor.
