Product: HP Windows 10 Intel Celeron
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to update the windows and I do it via internet connection but it ends up with setup error. My windows is inactive. I need to get a product key and contact my system administrator.

The product key is embedded into the firmware of the BIOS chip.  You can download and use this utility to get the product code:

HP keeps no records of product codes, so we have no way to provide that to you.

 

YOU are the System Administrator, not HP.

 

What specific Update are you trying to apply?
