Good day, I have a problem with my laptop. It is not original. Because the serial number under the laptop is different from the number in the system. Also, it has heat problems and high-pitched sound problems. The battery issue makes me upset because it only lasts 3 hours but when I bought it was written as 8-9 hours. what a huge difference.
