Hello, my laptop is still under warranty id like a replacement via courier, my laptop is showing no signs of life whatsoever I’ve tried different outlets, HDMI’s,even had a tech specialist take a look.

I wish we could help you on this but we here are unable to assist you in this issue.


We are just a Community Support forum staffed by part-time volunteers not affiliated with HP.


We have no access to HP Repair Services and can not help you with issues related to those. These include Repairs, Service Centers and Technician Visits


Nor are we able to contact customers via chat, email, text, or telephone.


If this device is still under warranty, for direct contact with HP, your best bet is to contact HP Customer Service to see what they will do for you:
