Hi @Duaumer,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thanks for sharing the image. Your HP laptop is currently in the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI screen. This usually appears when the system detects a hardware issue or when the startup process is interrupted, but it’s also a helpful tool to diagnose and fix problems.

What You Can Do Now

Let’s try these steps in order:

1. Run a Startup Test

  • Press F2 to run the Start-up Test.
  • This will check basic hardware like memory and processor.
  • If it passes, your laptop may be able to boot normally afterwards.

2. Run a Hard Disk Test

  • Press F4 to check your hard drive.
  • If this test fails, it could mean your storage device is damaged or disconnected.

3. Exit and Try Booting Again

  • Press ESC to exit diagnostics.
  • See if the laptop boots into Windows.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
