Yeah, so my laptop won’t go past the the troubleshoot and recover options, but then it says it needs to cancel. So I did a system quick test and it Failed.
FAILURE ID: 64QJJ4-8GXB9G-XD7X6K-60WP03
PRODUCT ID: X7T50UA#ABA
I have NO IDEA what any of that means. If anyone can please help me get my laptop back to working I’d greatly appreciate it. I need it big time! Thanks in advance.

Hi:
Below is the report generated by the code you posted, minus your PC's serial number.
64QJJ4-8GXB9G-XD7X6K-60WP03 | OK | 00000 | 10/31/22 | 303 | Storage | Floppy Drive, Hard Drive, Memory Drive, Optical Drive, SCSI, Tape Drive | Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure |
You will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
You may want to consider replacing the 500 GB 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" SATA solid state drive (SSD).
After you replace the drive, you can make a bootable USB recovery drive with another PC running W7 64 bit or newer that will install W10, the drivers and the software that should have originally come with the PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will also need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

Oh wow, that sounds very hard. I’m not a computer person. I was hoping there would be some buttons I could push to fix it. Cuz what it says from what I read is it’s the hard drive so you’re right there, but I have no idea or way to fix it myself. Thanks anyway man.

When you get that screen the hard drive is kaput and needs to be replaced.
That is the only way to fix it.
If your notebook is in good condition, it would be worth fixing it because a decent notebook is going to set you back 10x that amount.
