Product: HP Laptop - 15s-er1004au
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP Laptop - 15s-er1004au doesn't work properly ( it doesn't have any loading symbols under the HP logo ) right when I open it but when I plugged in the charger it work normally. Also when I'm charge my laptop it keeps freeze and I have to pull the charger to make it work then plugged it back.
